Questions
Does it hurt?
Not at all. You simply fill a small tube with saliva. No needles, no blood, no dentist chair.
How long until I see my report?
Usually a few weeks. The app shows where your sample is at every step: received, at the lab, being checked, ready.
Does this replace my dentist?
No. Your dentist looks at your teeth. Orvana looks at the bacteria living on them. Keep your check-ups, and share your report with your dentist if you like.
Who sees my results?
You, and the Orvana staff who process and review your sample and report. Your data is protected under Singapore's PDPA, and you can delete it from your account at any time.
Do I need Orvana+?
No. One kit gets you a full report and your daily plan. Orvana+ is for people who want to test again and watch their score change.
Can I order for my family?
Yes. You can order up to three kits at once. Each kit gives one person their own report.
Where do you deliver?
Singapore for now. Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines are next.
